Annual Pest Management Program
Scheduled Service Visits: Includes three routine visits scheduled between spring and fall, with up to five visits available throughout the 12-month term based on pest activity and service requirements.
Rodent Bait Station Maintenance: Includes up to three refills per year for mice and rat bait stations, or as required based on observed rodent activity.
Exterior Perimeter Applications: Strategic treatments applied to the exterior of the property to establish a protective barrier and prevent pest intrusion.
Comprehensive Inspection & Assessment: Detailed inspections conducted to identify pest entry points, assess current infestations, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Priority Response Service: Pest-related concerns addressed promptly during service hours, Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Interior Pest Control Stations: Interior stations installed and maintained during spring and fall visits to enhance control within the structure.
Interior Monitoring & Treatment: Interior inspections and targeted treatments provided as necessary in response to pest presence or activity.
Exclusions:
Wildlife, including raccoons, squirrels, and birds, is not covered under this plan. However, clients enrolled in the Home Protection Plan are eligible for a 50% discount on our wildlife removal services.
Additional charges apply for honey bee or pollinator extraction.
Service Quality
We are committed to providing safe, discreet, and effective pest control.
Our treatments are designed to eliminate pests quickly while minimizing impact on your family, pets, and environment. Each visit includes a follow-up summary and recommendations for long-term prevention.
Inspection Fee
To schedule a service, we require a $125 inspection fee, which covers a full property assessment and treatment plan.
This fee will be deducted from your final invoice if you proceed with treatment.
Important Notes
Prices are per 2,000 sq ft.
Appointments are booked in advance and confirmed the day before service.
For safety, please ensure pets and children remain indoors during and shortly after treatment.
All entry points should remain closed for at least 2 hours post-treatment, unless otherwise advised.
