 Inspection Fee
A $125 inspection fee is required to schedule service. This includes a full property assessment and custom treatment plan.
This fee is deducted from the final invoice if service is approved.
 
Pest Management Standards & Property Readiness
We treat common pests: mice, rats, ants, spiders, wasps, and more.
Properties must be accessible and free of major clutter prior to treatment.
For deeper infestations, we offer intensive treatment packages before transitioning to maintenance visits.

Pricing is based on per 2,000 sq ft of property.
Appointments are booked in advance and confirmed the day before.
Please keep children and pets indoors during and shortly after service.
Keep all entry points closed for 2 hours after treatment, unless instructed otherwise.

Scheduling: Monday–Saturday with flexible timing available.
Guarantee: Most services include a 7–30 day re-treatment window based on pest type and plan.
Preparation: A pre-service checklist will be provided. Missed access may incur a rebooking fee.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due before service unless otherwise agreed under a seasonal plan.
Emergency Service: Available Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
